Class 5: Play Testing

Today other members of the class play tested our game to see whether it was fesible and the rules were understandable. The general consensus was that the game was good and interesting. We still need to finish up some components of our game namely the game cards, the formatting of the rules, the background story, the storylines card and the website. A lot of these things are interconnected and contribute to the look of our game. The basic framework of our game seems to be set up and working fine so we really need to work on the embellishments.
We discussed the look of the rules and decided to use Microsoft Publisher next time to put the rules in a booklet format and add color and images to make them more readable. This will greatly improve the look of our game and make people want to read the rules. We got good feedback on the rules and people seemed to like the example story we included at the end.
